DAY 01 LABUAN BAJO – DENGE – TREKKING TO WAE REBO 08.00 – Arrival at Komodo International Airport Meet & greet with local representative. 08.30 – Drive to Denge Village Scenic overland journey (±5–6 hours) passing Lembor rice fields and coastal landscapes. Lunch at local restaurant en route. 14.30 – Arrival at Denge Village Short briefing and preparation for trekking. 15.00 – Trekking to Wae Rebo Village Moderate trek (±2.5–3 hours). Trail through rainforest and mountain terrain. 17.30 – Arrival at Wae Rebo Village Traditional welcome by village elders. Check-in at Mbaru Niang communal house. 19.00 – Dinner with local family Cultural sharing session and overnight at simple village accommodation. Note: Facilities are basic but authentic (shared bedding & simple bathroom).

DAY 02 WAE REBO – LABUAN BAJO – SUNSET AT AMELIA HILL OR SYLVIA HILL 06.00 – Sunrise & Morning Atmosphere Breakfast prepared by villagers. 07.30 – Trek down to Denge Village 10.30 – Drive back to Labuan Bajo Lunch en route. 15.30 – Arrival at Labuan Bajo Direct transfer to hotel for check-in and short rest. 17.00 – Sunset at Amelia Hill or Sylvia Hill Light trekking for panoramic sunset view over Flores Sea. 19.00 – Dinner at local seafood restaurant ( own Cost ) Overnight in Labuan Bajo.

DAY 03 KOMODO NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY SPEEDBOAT TOUR Early departure to explore the highlights of Komodo National Park 06.00 – Transfer to harbor 06.30 – Speedboat departure 07.45 – Padar Island Short hike to iconic viewpoint. 09.30 – Pink Beach Swimming & snorkeling. 11.00 – Komodo Island Guided trekking with ranger to see Komodo dragons in natural habitat. 13.00 – Lunch on boat (box lunch) 14.00 – Taka Makassar Sandbank Relaxation & photos. 15.00 – Snorkeling at Manta Point (weather permitting) 17.00 – Return to Labuan Bajo harbor Transfer directly to airport (for evening flight) OR optional extra night in Labuan Bajo
