After breakfast, you will meet the guide who will take you to discover Alberobello. During the guided walking tour, you will admire the rural architecture of the "trulli" and you will have the opportunity to visit one of them. A true journey into the past and a testimony on how peasant families used to live in Alberobello. Afterwards, transfer to a typical farmhouse for an orecchiette pasta making lesson.

POLIGNANO A MARE - WINE TOUR - TRANI

Breakfast and Check-out. Departure in the direction of Polignano a mare. A guide will accompany you to discover Polignano, a beautiful seaside town that gave birth to the singer Domenico Modugno. A pleasant guided walk will lead you to discover this authentic jewel overlooking the sea, its panoramic terraces, its flowered alleys and its history. After a short break, you will cross the Murgia territories to reach Matera, an important UNESCO site and European Capital of Culture 2019. BARI STREET FOOD TOUR

Breakfast and departure for a guided tour of Bari with tasty stops to sample the local street food. You will start from the Swabian Castle and continue through the alleys of the old town called "Bari vecchia". Here, you will meet the ladies who live in the typical "bassi" of the center and who prepare fresh handmade pasta - "orecchiette” -on the doorstep of their homes. You will taste the sgagliozze (squares of fried polenta) and the typical Barese focaccia with tomatoes. You will visit the Cathedral of San Sabino and the Basilica of San Nicola, a splendid example of Apulian Romanesque architecture. End of services.
