The class is held in our new, luxury kitchen, part of our high-end, custom-built cooking school. You'll be welcomed with a traditional Roman aperitivo of refreshingly chilled prosecco, and a platter of appetisers including olives, and a selection of cheeses and cured meat. Then, with your chef-instructor, you will learn to prepare authentic Roman dough to make the traditional “teglia” pizza and focaccia. Next you'll make supplì, a popular staple of Roman streetfood.
