Then, with your chef-instructor, you will learn to prepare authentic Roman dough to make the traditional “teglia” pizza and focaccia. Next you'll make supplì, a popular staple of Roman streetfood. A deep fried rice ball with tomato sauce and melty mozzarella in the middle. Lastly, no Roman meal is complete without a sweet treat or dessert. Here you'll learn to make Nutella-filled dough pockets. Afterwards, enjoy eating with your fellow guests with a glass of wine and limoncello.
