    A representative will greet you at the Cruise terminals holding a name board with your name, the service is available from 07.30AM on selected cruise arrival days, with the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15 AM from Southampton Cruise terminals direct to Heathrow Airport Terminals 2,3,4,5 or Heathrow Airport Hotel and London Hotel in one of our fully air-conditioned and spacious Minivan or Minibus which holds between 8 travelers and luggage.

  • The duration of the Journey is an approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions, Arrival at Heathrow airport will be at approximately between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. and London between 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
  • Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
