What to expect

You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name bored with your name, the flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal once the flight lands with, no additional charges for delayed flight, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. 

For the return journey back to Madeira Funchal International Airport a suitable pickup time will be confirmed before the scheduled pickup date. 

Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

When making a booking, you will need to provide your flight number and flight arrival and departure time and Address/Hotel in Madeira.

Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously.

The prices is based on:
• 1 to 3 adults traveling with 3 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable..
  • Meet and greet service includes 60 minutes free waiting time from when the flight lands and the car park cost
  • Not wheelchair accessible but able to transport foldable wheelchairs (Please advise when booking)
  • If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges
