Meeting and pickup
The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 35 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal) For international flights, our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point located immediately after the customs-exit, 40 minutes after flight land. The driver will then wait a further 50 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight landed. If the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional carpark cost and additional waiting time are payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer.
