    Wander through the village with your guide, visiting small local restaurants away from the regular tourist trails. You won't find these places on the map, these are the local places that you would never have found otherwise.

    At this stop, you will sample authentic Sri Lankan flavours which are entirely plant-based. This vegan island hotspot delivers more than most would ever expect from a plant-based diet.

    Try your hand at foraging like a local. With some insight given by your guide, you will walk some of the less populated areas around the village foraging for ingredients that you think might be useful in Cambodian cooking. Once you've got a collection, you will visit a local Cambodian chef who will explain what each item is used for.
