At the lower cable station, we will join a queue of tourists to go on the five-minute cable car trip to the top of Table Mountain, 1 067 meters above sea level, and explore the summit. You’ll find a self-service restaurant, Table Mountain Café, offering a range of food and drinks, snacks, desserts and wines. Table Mountain is a great spot to sit and soak up the commanding 360-degree views of Cape Town, Table Bay, the nearby peaks of the surrounding mountains and the rest of the Table Mountain National Park, in which the Cableway is situated. There are 3 trails you can choose to do with the guide: DASSIE WALK (15 min) AGAMA WALK (30 min) KLIPSPRINGER WALK (45 min).

During the visit, guests will explore both the famous Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point lighthouse area. With its diverse habitat, ranging from rocky mountain tops to beaches and open sea, the Cape of Good Hope is home to at least 250 species of birds including one of the two mainland colonies of African penguins, baboon and rare antelope called Bontebok.
