adjust the pickup time accordingly without any additional charge.
- Pickup Location: For airport pickups, our representative will be waiting at the arrival
hall after baggage claim, near the information desk. Look for a sign with your
name. For hotel pickups, please be in the lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled
pickup time.
- Contact Information: If you cannot find our representative or if there are any
issues, please contact our customer service at the number provided in your
booking confirmation.
- Drop-off Location: For drop-offs, please inform us of any special requests, such as
specific terminal preferences or if you need assistance with luggage, to ensure a
smooth experience.
What to expect
Once you book the service, you will receive an immediate booking confirmation via
email with all relevant details, including your pickup location, date, and time. For
airport pickups, please share your flight details at the time of booking to allow us to
track any delays or changes.
Pre-Arrival Communication:
24 hours before your scheduled service, you will receive a confirmation message
(email or phone) to reconfirm the pickup time and location. This will also include
the driver's name and contact details. If you have any changes in your schedule,
inform us at this time.
Pickup Process:
For airport pickups, our representative will be waiting at the designated arrival
gate with a sign bearing your name. For hotel pickups, the driver will be in the lobby
or the entrance area of the hotel 10 minutes before the agreed time.
The representative will assist you with your luggage and ensure a smooth transition
from the meeting point to the vehicle.
Onboard Comfort:
Your private vehicle will be clean, air-conditioned, and equipped for a comfortable
ride. Bottled water and in-car amenities are provided for your convenience. Our
experienced drivers are trained to provide excellent service and prioritize your
comfort and safety.
Drive to Destination:
Once you are comfortably seated, the driver will take you to your destination.
Whether it's your hotel or the airport, the journey will be smooth and efficient. If
you're heading to the airport, the driver will take the best route to avoid traffic
delays and ensure timely arrival.
Drop-off and Assistance:
Upon arrival at your destination, the driver will assist you with your luggage and
ensure you are settled before departure. For airport drop-offs, you will be dropped
at the correct terminal entrance, and assistance with luggage is available on
request.
Post-Service Feedback:
After the service, you will receive a follow-up email or message asking for
feedback on your experience. This allows us to maintain high-quality standards
and continuously improve our service.
