Here in Lapland, reindeer herders have always kept a circle of tents to shelter from the cold, cook food over a fire and relax.
Now you have a great opportunity to try a real Lappish tradition and visit a Lappish tent to get a unique experience and enjoy Lappish food in a tent.
While your guide is cooking the dinner, you can go outside to try to hunt the northern lights and take occasional photos of the sky.
If the sky is clear enough and the forecast is good, you will be able to see the northern lights and take beautiful photos.
If you start to feel a cold, you can always return to the warm hut to get some hot berry juice and warm up by the fire.
