What to expect
Here’s what you can expect from start to finish:
1. Booking & Pre-Trip Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to reconfirm details. One day before your transfer, we will add the driver to the group chat and share the vehicle details with you to ensure seamless communication.
2. Pickup Locations & Luggage Information
Airport: Your driver will meet you at Carpark 4.
Optional Airport Welcome Service with a signboard is available for an additional HKD 200.
Cruise Terminal: Meet at Level 1, Meeting Point B.
Hotels: Pickup from the main entrance or lobby.
3. Comfortable Private Vehicle
Ride in a clean, air-conditioned 7-seater private vehicle, ideally suited for up to 6 passengers with one piece of luggage each.
For a smooth experience, please indicate the number of luggage pieces when booking. If you have oversized luggage, a wheelchair, a baby seat, or extra baggage, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. For large groups or excess luggage, two vehicles may be required to ensure comfort.
4. Flexible Dining Stop
Enjoy a 1-hour lunch or dinner stop along the route, usually in the same district as your hotel. Your driver will suggest nearby restaurants and arrange the stop according to your preference, ensuring a relaxed and convenient meal.
5. Smooth Journey to Your Drop-Off Location
Relax as your driver navigates Hong Kong traffic, ensuring a timely and stress-free transfer to your destination. For point-to-point transfers, the standard waiting time is 15 minutes, while airport pickups include a complimentary 60-minute waiting period based on actual flight arrival.
6. Drop-Off at Your Preferred Location
Arrive directly at your requested location, whether it’s your hotel, cruise terminal, or airport. Your journey concludes smoothly and comfortably, allowing you to start or end your Hong Kong visit with ease.

- In case of bad weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), bookings within 24 hours can be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If you still choose to proceed on the same day, service availability will depend on road and safety conditions, and an additional fee may apply if service is provided.
