+ 8h20 / 14h20 Visit Hoi An central market, the biggest market in Hoi An. Once we collected all the necessary ingredients, we will take the boat trip along the river to the restaurant in Cam Thanh Village where the restaurant located. Enjoy the stunning view and observe fisherman catching fish.
+ 10h00 / 16h00 Arrive to Cam Thanh Village, start the short trip with bamboo basket boat, paddle into the channels and visiting the water coconut forest, together with the fisherman throw nets to catch fish, mub - crabs, coconut mussels. Taking a chance to understand more about the life of local people.
10h45 /16h45 Next, join your cooking lesson with the friendly host chef. The cooking class is about 2 hours, that enough time for you to learn how to prepare, make some traditional sauce, cooking main dish and decorating. We are pretty sure after the cooking lesson, you can be a Vietnamese chef in you kitchen.
Enjoy the delicious food you cooked with steam rice.
