Udaipur to Jodhpur is about 250 Km or 175 miles and would take around 6 to 7 hours. The temple is a grand white marble structure spread over 48,000 square feet (4,500 m2) with 1444 marble pillars, twenty-nine halls, 80 domes and 426 columns. The pillars are individually carved and no two pillars are the same It was built in the 15th century and is fampus for the exquisite work of art on the walls and ceilings of the temple. It is surely going to leave you spell-bound.
Jodhpur is also called the Blue City of India, for a distinctive blue colour of a large number of houses in this city (there is an interesting story behind this!) Take a Heritage walk through the old and charming lanes and by lanes of the city.

Toorji Ka Jhalra or Toorji’s Step Well is another fascinating architecture in Jodhpur. Not a very big one, but worth a visit, if you have time!
This guided desert village tour takes you to the heart of rural Rajasthan and gives you a glimpse of the activities of the villagers. You would visit a potter's house and see how pottery is done.
