Whether you’re in Tromsø for just a few hours or stopping here on a cruise, this tour is a great way to take in multiple breathtaking Arctic landscapes in a short time.
Discover the lush green landscapes, vibrant wildflowers, and endless daylight of Northern Norway in summer. Starting from Tromsø Havn Prostneset, we’ll journey to Kvaløya (“Whale Island”), visiting iconic landmarks and enjoying breathtaking views of fjords, mountains, and coastlines.
Along the way, spot wildlife like reindeer, elk, sea eagles, and seals. Pause for a light lunch and hot drinks around a cozy campfire while soaking in the Arctic scenery.
Your guide will capture stunning photos of the journey, shared with you after the tour. Warm clothing is available onboard, but we recommend wind- and rainproof layers for comfort.

After picking you up at the bus terminal, we leave Tromsø behind us and visit Kvaløya (“Whale Island”), where we visit some of the most beautiful landmarks that make Tromsø one of Norway’s most popular destinations.

2Kvaloya
We’ll take a scenic drive around Kvaløya to visit some of its most beautiful spots, including Håkøya, Ersfjordbotn, Grøtfjord, and Tromvik. Along the way, we often see reindeer and elk by the roadside, and with a bit of luck we may spot sea eagles soaring above or seals hunting in the fjords. You’ll experience a variety of Arctic landscapes, from dramatic fjords and pristine lakes to stunning beaches and picturesque fishing villages. Along the way, we'll have a light lunch and hot drinks around a campfire. Throughout the trip, we will take stunning photographs of the landscape and you that we will share with you after the trip. We have warm clothing and snow boots on board in case you get cold, but please wear something wind- and rain-proof.
