Take a wildlife excursion that is friendly to nature on this day. You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the Udawalawe National Park in an air-conditioned vehicle. While on the way to Safari, keep an eye out for neighbourhood stores, paddy fields, tall trees, and locals going about their everyday routine. If you need to rest, do so; our specialists will take you where you need to go without interruption. Try several seasonal fruits and a king coconut to keep you cool. Jeep safari tour through rugged terrain in Wilderness National Park, looking for native sloth bears, foxes, mongooses, native birds, snakes, and other creatures inside the forest. After an unforgettable day, you'll drive back to your accommodations.

1Elephant Transit Home (ETH)
commonly known as elephant transit home, ETH, orphaned elephants are kept only until they are big enough to be rehabilitated and sent back into the wild. Currently, there are 44 orphaned elephants at the ETH and Dr. Vijitha Perera, the dedicated Senior Veterinary Surgeon of the Department of Wildlife and Conservation (DWC), who is in-charge of the ETH has his hands full, looking after the youngsters. 2Udawalawe National Park
Keeping Company to the herds of elephants, the main attraction of the park are the Water Buffalo, Wild boar, Spotted Deer, Sambur Deer, Jackal, Black-naped hare, mongooses, bandicoots, foxes, s the endemic Toque Macaque and Gray Langers. Sighting a Leopard and other smaller cats like Fishing cat & Jungle cat would be a bonus, growling in the dark. You will genuinely enter a state of natural joy if you absorb the sights and sounds of nature.
