What to expect
Step into an authentic Italian kitchen and learn how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch—using just flour, eggs, and traditional techniques. The Host will guide you through creating smooth pasta dough by hand and rolling it out with a classic pasta machine.
Together, you’ll craft two beloved Italian dishes: tagliatelle with ragù and ravioli with butter and sage. Once pasta is ready, you’ll enjoy it in a real Italian home with a good glass of wine. And because no Italian meal is complete without dessert, we’ll finish by preparing (and tasting!) a delicious homemade tiramisù.
