What to expect
Immerse yourself in a private pasta-making class at local home and learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes.
During the lesson, the host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test.
You will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared over a meal accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.
Behind every Pasta shape there is an ancient tradition and a personal story. Your host will welcome you like part of the family as they teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.
