Before lunch or dinner, you’ll join a one-hour show cooking session, helping your host prepare the meal while learning the secrets behind traditional La Spezia recipes.
Then sit down to a delicious three-course menu featuring a starter, a pasta dish, and dessert, with drinks included, and taste a selection of red and white wines from Ligurian cellars—chosen for their strong connection to the territory.
To end on a true Italian note, enjoy a classic espresso, just like locals do.
