    After we pick you up from your hotel our guide will meet you and take you for a breakfast shopping at the local market. We will buy the variety of the cheeses, olives, hazelnut paste with the honey, acuka ( a local breakfast paste ), Bal & kaymak (Buffalo cream with the honey on top ),

    Misir Carsisi (Spice Market)

    After the breakfast shopping we will dine at a local cafe to open our breakfast bag to enjoy the local products and have breakfast like a local with the freshly brewed tea. Enjoy the delicious menemen made of tomatoes, green pepper and eggs.

    After the breakfast we will stroll in the historic Spice market to enjoy its aromas of local and international flavors come together.

    Eminonu Pier

    We will take a ferry ride to cross the Bosporus strait to pass to Asia in only a journey of a 30 minutes. Enjoy the great view of the city and many city highlights. Great photo opportunity.

    After stepping in Asia, lets sit at a local cafe to sip a Turkish coffee cook in the traditional style on the charcoal in a copper jar. Ask your guide to show you how to read your coffee cup. Or try a coffee unique to southeast Turkey call Menengiç which is made of the seeds from the wild Pistachio trees.

    Enjoy the local food market away from the touristy parts of Istanbul. Visit the food stalls and restaurants to taste the local flavors with the accompany of your local food expert. Some of the food will be tasted as follow ; Lahmacun. Local version of pizza made from minced meat, tomatoes, spices, garlic cook in the wood fire oven. Mercimek Çorba. Lentil soup made in the Gaziantep style with spices and garlic. ( only in cold weather ) Kokoreç: Lamb wrap around the fat cook on charcoal with local spices and serve in the sandwich bread. Çig köfte: Bulgur, tomates paste, spices rubbed in a tray turn into a paste serve with fresh lettuce leafs. Adana Kebap or İskender kebap : Slices of the döner kebap on top of the pitta bread with tomatoes, yogurt and melted butter sauce. Midye Dolma: Mussels stuffed with the rice and local spices . Turşu : A glass with assorted vegetables with pickle juice

    Take another ferry ride back to to the European with the happy and full belly. This time we will be landing in Karaköy neighborhood across from the Galata bridge from the side we had breakfast. Enjoy view of Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapı palace, Maramra sea and more from the ferry.

    İt is the time to reward the belly with the least know but the most delicious dessert of the country Künefe! It is made of the angel hair noodles, stuffed with a layer of cheese, a layer of pistachio with the honey syrup.
