Your adventure begins in Fátima, one of the most important Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world. Known as the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, this sacred place commemorates the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to three shepherd children in 1917. As you walk through the grand esplanade, you will feel the serene and contemplative atmosphere that has inspired millions of pilgrims for over a century. Visit the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, where the tombs of the visionaries rest, and admire the modern Basilica of the Holy Trinity, one of the largest churches in the world. 3Igreja Matriz de Santa Maria de Valega

Located in the small town of Válega, near Ovar, this church is often described as a “canvas of tiles,” with its façade and interior covered in vivid, hand-painted azulejos. The colorful tiles depict biblical scenes and religious motifs, transforming the building into a dazzling mosaic of art and faith.
