Pickup service is available between 02:30 - 03:30 AM, depending on your location. We offer free pickup from major tourist areas, including Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran. If your location is outside these areas, an additional charge may apply. The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Please ensure you are ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any delays.
