Hotel and Airbnb pickup is included for guests staying in central Santiago. Please provide your exact address when booking so we can coordinate your pickup. If your accommodation is outside the pickup area, we will assign you a nearby meeting point. Pickup is available in the following areas: Santiago Downtown Providencia Las Condes Vitacura To ensure smooth communication, we recommend including a phone number with WhatsApp access when making your reservation. Pickup time will be confirmed the evening before your tour, no later than 9:00 PM. Pickup from hotels near Santiago Airport is available upon request, subject to availability, and has an additional cost of USD 15 per person.
