Our transport service to Sofia Airport runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accommodating all scheduled departures. The cost is calculated based on your flight's scheduled departure time:
• Flights leaving between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM
• Flights leaving before 11:29 AM and after 3:31 PM
ESSENTIAL: You must provide your flight details and the name of your accommodation when reserving. Advance booking is mandatory! Without this information, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Customers will be dropped off at the airport with sufficient time for a seamless check-in procedure.
Transfer Logistics: The time you select for departure is NOT your actual collection time. At 7:30 PM the night before your journey, you will be sent an email containing the precise pick-up time, vehicle number, driver contact details, and a link for tracking.
Pick-up Location: Collection will occur directly from your accommodation in Bansko. IMPROTANT: Please ensure you list your hotel's full name in the comments section.
