It features a palace, a chapel, and extensive grounds with hidden tunnels, grottoes, lakes, and the famous "Initiation Well". Commissioned by António Augusto Carvalho Monteiro and designed by Luigi Manini, it is a UNESCO World Heritage site that blends various architectural styles and is a popular tourist attraction.
