After you collect all of your luggage, step outside your terminal (arrivals level), and go to the passenger-designated pickup zone. Once there, call (do not text or send emails) the Transfer or Tour Operator directly. Be ready to provide a terminal Number/Letter, Door Number (when one is available), or Pillar Number/Letter (when one is available). Be sure your mobile phone is On and ready to receive messages/calls from your driver.
Notice: On the day of travel, do not text and email the Car Service/Tour operator. These are not monitored by dispatch.
Meet and Greet (inside terminal) when available: After you collect your luggage and go through Customs and Emigration, proceed to your terminal lobby pickup area. Every Airport procedure is different; please follow further instructions on your voucher. Your driver or tour guide will be waiting for you with a sign.
Be sure your mobile phone is On and ready to receive messages/calls from your driver.
For hotel/private accommodations pickups, please be at your designated pickup area 10 minutes before your pickup time.

Huntington Beach is a California city southeast of Los Angeles. It's known for surf beaches, such as Huntington City Beach, with its long Huntington Beach Pier. The International Surfing Museum displays longboards and other memorabilia. Sprawling Huntington Central Park features fields, gardens and lakes, plus an equestrian center. Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve's wetlands and dunes shelter hundreds of bird species.

Visiting the Newport Beach Pier area offers a classic Southern California coastal experience filled with scenic ocean views, outdoor recreation, and local history. Highlights of the Newport Beach Pier Area: Historic Dory Fleet Fish Market: Operating since 1891 right next to the pier, this historic open-air market lets visitors buy fresh catches directly from local fishermen. Pacific Coast Highway (Pass by)
Cruising the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) from Huntington Beach to Laguna Beach offers a classic Southern California coastal drive featuring wide sandy beaches, harbor views, and dramatic ocean bluffs. Start near the famous Huntington City Beach & Pier, where the energetic surf culture, palm trees, and ocean views set a laid-back tone right off the road. Newport Beach & Balboa Peninsula: Pass through Newport Beach, where you can catch glimpses of the harbor, yachts, and the bustling Balboa Peninsula - We will be stopping at Newport Beach Pier. Crystal Cove State Park: Enjoy an open stretch of protected coastline with historic beach cottages and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean before the terrain turns into rolling bluffs. Laguna Beach: Finish in the artsy seaside town of Laguna Beach, known for dramatic coves, scenic viewpoints at Heisler Park (or Heisler Park), and local galleries. We will be stopping in Laguna Beach for about 1 hour.

- This a door-to-door private tour/day trip, and includes pickup and drop-off. Tour/day starts at pickup location (Starting time) and ends at the drop-off location (Ending time).
- Guest is responsible to notify the Tour Operator for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, the Tour Operator reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
- Guests can customize their day trip by prioritizing their stops. The ability to see all sites on this private guided day trip, depends entirely on the (1) the amount of time spent at each site, and (2) road conditions.
- Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, the Tour Operator reserves the right to hire an Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event the Tour Operator sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, the Tour Operator it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
- Tour Operator´s staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it's the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let Tour Operator's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.
- Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. Tour Operaqtor´s vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; Tour Operator it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that Tour Operator´s driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, Tour Operaqtor reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
- The Tour Operator is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
- Child seats: Upon request, the tour/service operator will provide a child and or a booster seat. Additional fees may apply.
- Waiting time: Upon request, the tour/service operator may provide an additional waiting time if possible. Additional fees applies: .$15.00 per every 15 minutes of wating time.
