Over thousands of years, this water has shaped the rock formations and natural pools found at Sol de Mayo. Meeting and pickup
• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor
• If your hotel is not listed, feel free to contact us so we can check transportation availability for your area
• Guests arriving with their own vehicle may meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas or Mega in San José del Cabo depending on their hotel location
• Hotels outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, or Four Seasons, are not included in complimentary transportation and will meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas
• Cruise guests will also meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit. Detailed walking directions will be provided with your confirmation message
• Cabo San Lucas cruise arrivals operate using tender boats, which may take additional time depending on port operations. We strongly recommend taking the earliest tender available or booking priority tender service whenever possible
• Guests who miss transportation or arrive late must arrive directly at the agreed meeting location before the activity start time at their own expense
Guests arriving with their own vehicle usually meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas or Mega in San José del Cabo depending on their hotel location. Please let us know in advance which location you prefer so we can provide your exact meeting time and instructions.
What to expect
Upon arrival, follow canyon trails leading to natural pools, rocky formations, and the waterfall itself. Along the way, your guide shares insights into the region's geology, ecosystems, and the unique relationship between water and desert environments. Enjoy time to hike, swim, relax, and explore before continuing to Rancho Ecológico Sol de Mayo for a traditional Baja-style lunch. A brief stop at the Tropic of Cancer completes the experience before returning to Los Cabos, offering a different perspective of Baja California Sur beyond its beaches.
