Feel the crave for the wave with a surfing lesson in Los Cabos, During spring and summer, cruise the waves at Costa Azul with a 3-hour morning or afternoon lesson (including round trip transportation). Already know the basics of surfing? No problem, you’ll receive tailored instruction according to your level of experience. Bonus: Bottled water and granola bars and round-trip transport from hotels and the cruise terminal are included.

Meeting and pickup
For a cruise ship passenger: As you walk from the tender pier through the pier security gate, turn right on the red sidewalk that borders the harbor. The Gali Plaza will be on your left, the water on your right. Walk approximately 20 yards to the Cruise Terminal building. The building will be on your left and has a sign saying API in blue letters. Enter the terminal building and walk to the far side where you will exit onto a parking lot. At the parking lot exit, you will see an Oxxo convenience store. Your guide will be waiting in front of the store. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. If you are driving yourself: We can also meet you outside Zipper’s Bar & Grill restaurant at Costa Azul bar. Exact location: Carretera Transpeninsular 28.5, Tourist Corridor, B.C.S., México. If you choose our complimentary transport service: Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour. We do not offer transportation from hotels outside of the tourist area, such as Hard Rock, Nobu, or Four Seasons (these are approx. 50 min. away from the tourist area); for those hotels, we will pick you up at our standard meeting point: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. What to expect
Arriving at the starting point, we will give you step by step instructions to make your experience as fun as it is safe. We guarantee that in a couple of hours, you will become part of the tribe of the sea. During our return, we'll talk about those waves you managed to ride and how you felt during the experience. We all come from the sea. This is a good time to resume contact with him to understand it and appreciate it.

- Our prices are the same for both children and adults. If we have children participating we always aim to have an extra guide for supervision. When you book your surf lesson, please specify whether the participants are children.
- Group size Minimum 2 and Maximum 10 participants.

- As it is a private tour, you have the option to choose your preferred pick-up time within the indicated time frame.
- We recommend as early a start as possible as in the mornings there is less wind and cleaner waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.
- As we know, the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day; sometimes, we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind, and jellyfish.
- For every 3 people in a class, there will be 1 guide/coach
- We use foam boards for our surf lessons. If you prefer a fiberglass surfboard please be sure to request this in advance at the time of booking.
- Since this is a private tour, you can decide whether or not to complete the full activity
- To join the lesson as an observer you have to book a non-surfer/companion spot on our transport. The non-surfer/companion fee includes round trip transportation, shaded camp (umbrellas and chairs), bottled water and snacks. You’ll be able to enjoy the beach at our camp while observing the surf lesson. To book, simply select “observer (non-surfer)”.
- All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This tour operate from March 15th to November 15th (we do not have waves in the wintertime at Costa Azul area, Cerrito's option available on those dates)
