After visiting a local market to get all the Fresh ingredients needed for the Day Menu you will go to the home of the Chef for a Hands-on cooking class and food tastings, participate in the creation of a full Mexican meal.

In SAN JOSE DEL CABO city you have to go to the Municipal Market (Mercado Municipal Alberto Alvarado Arambulo) Please meet Chef Francisco at the "Rubi Tortilleria" by the Main Entrance of the market. Chef will meet you 10 minutes before start time.
