    Cortina d’Ampezzo, nicknamed the “Queen of the Dolomites,” is the largest and most famous of the 18 towns that make up Ladinia, as well as a renowned winter and summer tourist destination. It is the stage for numerous internationally significant events related to the mountains and winter sports. It hosted the 1956 Winter Olympics and, together with Milan, will host the 2026 Games.     Goditi una passeggiata facoltativa intorno al lago (lunghezza trekking 3,5 km/2.1 miles) oppure noleggia una bellissima barca di legno a remi (45 minuti) per scattare qualche foto del bellissimo panorama e del lago dai colori turchesi. Il lago di Braies è sempre accessibile anche d'inverno (da fine dicembre a fine marzo il lago è completamente ghiacciato) La sosta totale sarà di 1,5 h (da aprile a novembre) e di 1h (da dicembre a marzo)
