Pocitelj, Ottoman Empire's most southern trade outpost on Neretva river, which grew into a whole fortified town(still well preserved). Photo-stop and toilette break. For those who love to walk, it is possible to climb up to the medieval Watchtower -overlooking the whole area with the Neretva river gently bending underneath. 16.ct Mosque, Clock Tower, 17.ct middle School (medresse), Turkish Bath (hammam), Ottoman inn (Han) and Governor's house can still be visited while walking through Pocitelj's cobbled streets.
Blagaj stop includes visit to Buna blue river spring (fastest water flow in Europe), with 16.ct. Sufi Dervish Temple leaning over it! The photo of the spring and Temple is one of the most iconic photo-spots in all Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Let your driver/guide show you the centre of this historical town with stunning Ottoman 16.ct Horse-shoe arched Bridge, Bazaar street still offering same arts and crafts like hundreds years ago, Crooked Bridge, Tabija tower and Koski Bey Mosque. Learn about Mostar's golden era as well as about misfortunate troubled times of the 1990ies war You will have a chance to try Turkish style black coffee alongside Neretva River or to have lunch of selected Bosnian (Herzegovinian) specialties ("Chevapchichi u somunu" – minced meet in Pita bread with cream and onion) in family-owned traditional restaurants (at your own expense)
