Start your tour in Príncipe Real, very close to the five-century-old Bairro Alto, where you'll learn about the city's evolution and reach the São Pedro de Alcântara garden and viewpoint.
As you descend to the Carmo Convent and Church, you'll pass the Church of São Roque and admire its austere façade, gilding, and tilework. Arriving at the Carmo Convent, you'll see the top of the Santa Justa Elevator and admire views of Baixa and the Tagus River.
On the walk to Cais do Sodré, you will pass by "A Brasileira", one of the three unique places in Lisbon that spanned the 20th century, first built in 1905, it is one of the most iconic cafes in the city of Lisbon where many of today's famous writers and poets have passed through.
