We'll start with a pickup at your custom location in Lisbon.

After we will Explore Évora’s historic Roman Temple, then dive into the world of olive oil at Mainova. Taste six premium extra virgin oils, craft your own blend, and customize a ceramic bottle. Enjoy local cheeses, cured meats, bread, and wine for a true Portuguese culinary experience.

The Dropoff will be in Lisbon at your custom location after an incredible day!

    The Roman Temple in Evora is one of the greatest and best preserved roman temples in the Iberian Peninsula. That is why it was considered World Heritage by UNESCO in 1986. This is the ex-libris of the city, a sort of visiting card. And, of course, the most important representative of the Roman remains in Evora.

    Your Journey will begin with a scenic tour of our olive grove, where you’ll learn more aboyt the six olive varieties we grow at Mainova. We’ll then move on to na olive oil tasting featuring six diferente extra virgin olive oils. Folloewd by the blending experience. For the blending you’ll have acess to up to four single varietals allowing you to create and bottle your own personal blend. You will also be able to customize your own ceramic bottle, where you can store your olive oil. Throughout the experience a board of local products ( cheeses, sausages and bread) will be available and we’ll offer a glass of wine to complement the tasting
