What to expect
Ferries depart from Koh Lanta’s main pier, Ban Saladan, at 08:00 a.m. and arrive at Phuket Rassada Pier between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. The journey takes about 3 to 3.5 hours.
When you check in at Ban Saladan Pier, the ferry staff are friendly and helpful. Mobile tickets are accepted — simply tap the ticket link in “My Bookings” or open the confirmation email on your phone or tablet. This is very important. Show your mobile ticket to the staff, and they will exchange it for a destination sticker so the boat crew can easily identify where you are going.

Each ferry offers various seating options. You can sit inside the cabin or outside on the deck.
If you are taking a passenger ferry from Koh Lanta, free hotel pickup is usually available. Upon arrival in Phuket, you will also receive free minivan transfers to your chosen destination, such as Phuket Bus Station, Kata Beach, Karon Beach, or Patong Beach.
Please confirm your final destination again at the counter during check-in.
