We present you with our menu based on tasting different qualities of jamón ibérico, one of the jewels of world gastronomy.
You will be able to taste different Iberian meats, from the mild flavor of the loin to the intensity of the chorizo.
Together with freshly baked bread, extra virgin olive oil, this dish will transport you directly to the tables of Spanish homes. Our selection includes also cheeses that have been aged for different months, which will allow you to discover and enjoy the evolution of their flavours.
And, of course, the experience that makes us unique: tasting different types of jamón ibérico.
From the delicate flavour of jamón ibérico de cebo to the intensity of 100% Iberian acorn-fed jamón ibérico, you will be able to savor the variety of nuances and textures that this very special product offers.
To have a full experience, we offer you a selection of carefully selected Spanish wines to complement the flavors and textures of the food.
