After being picked up from your in São Paulo, we’ll drive for about 1 hour to a historic coffee farm where you'll dive into the journey from seed to cup. Rich in history, this farm played a significant role in Brazil's coffee cycle and has preserved its heritage.
The tour will take you through the plantations, a seedling nursery, and historical areas such as the domestic slave quarters, chapel, main house exterior, and traditional coffee processing facilities. You’ll visit the coffee fields, learn about the manual coffee shaking process, and witness each stage of production—from harvesting and drying to roasting.
Visit to the farm’s museum will provide an in-depth exploration of coffee’s profound influence on Brazil’s history and culture. Throughout the tour, you’ll have the chance to taste different coffee varieties.
Lunch will be served on the farm offering you a chance to savor the region's traditional flavors.
We’ll drop you off at your hotel in São Paulo at the end of the tour.

We'll pick you up at your hotel to set off for the farm and discover the secrets of Brazilian coffee culture. After a 1-hour drive, we'll arrive at our destination. There, you’ll be welcomed. After breakfast, we'll begin the tour around the property.
First, we'll dive into the history of coffee, from its discovery to its arrival in Brazil in the 18th century. We'll explore the significance of this product in the socio-economic development of the State of São Paulo and Brazil as a whole. After this historical introduction, we’ll move on to the practical side of things. You'll learn about the process of growing and processing coffee beans as we visit the coffee plantations and the machinery area.
We'll also uncover the darker history of the farm by visiting the old senzala, a building that once housed the slaves who worked on the estate until slavery was abolished in Brazil in 1888.
After the tour, we’ll enjoy a traditional lunch where you can choose from a variety of dishes such as rice and beans, pork or chicken stew, pumpkin quibebe, manioc polenta, feijoada, farofa, or couscous.
You’ll also have the opportunity to sample different types of ground coffee during a tasting session, enjoying the earthy aromas of each variety. At the farm store, you can purchase coffee powder, coffee liqueur, pure or cinnamon cachaça, jams, honey, and more.
Afterward, we’ll return to São Paulo and drop you off at your hotel.
