The Vista Los Suenos Canyoning experience will take you hiking in the rainforest, rappelling down amazing waterfalls, trekking the river beds and jumping into natural swimming pools! this is a must-do adventure in Costa Rica!!
The difficulty of the tour is high, you will have to be able to, swim, climb stairs, hike for about 15 minutes, you will get completely wet, so will your clothes and shoes, so we recommend you come with a sense of adventure

What to expect
Prepare to be awestruck as you navigate through the canyon, encountering a series of pristine waterfalls of varying heights. Rappel down vertical rock faces, feeling the cool mist from the cascading water on your skin.
The journey begins with professional guides that equip you with safety gear, including a helmet, harness, and specialized rappelling equipment. Prepare for a 15-minute tractor ride in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica. You will then take a 10 to 15-minute scenic hike through dense foliage. During this hike, you will find some steep areas as well as some steps. Upon arrival at the first decent, you will get all the safety instructions and start with our first rappel into the canyon, guided by experienced instructors who ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Enjoy three waterfall descents, with the highest being more than 6 meters. This adventure will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and memories of an adrenaline-fueled exploration of Costa Rica’s stunning natural wonders.
