Important Information The time on your voucher indicates the start of the pickup window, not the exact pickup time. We offer hotel pick-up whenever conditions allow. However, in Paris there are many restrictions such as bus lanes, one-way streets, and no-stopping zones. As a result, it may not always be possible to collect you directly in front of your hotel. After the guided portion, immerse yourself in the grandeur of Versailles for approximately 2 hours (for half-day tours) or 4 hours (for full-day tours) to wander at your own pace and discover its treasures independently.

- Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.
- Motorized wheelchair prohibited in the museum.
- Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
