    Begin the tour after meeting your guide at the fortress Shaniwarwada, the seat of the Peshwa rulers of Pune or at hotel lobby (depending on the option chosen) . At Shaniwarwada, the guide will introduce you to the history of the city and the way of life under the Maratha Empire. After a brief orientation, walk through the city to visit several places of historical and cultural significance.

    The tour ends at Vishrambaug Wada, built by the last Peshwa Baji Rao II as a house of leisure. If you’d like to take back a souvenir from the walk, there’s a small shop inside Vishrambaug run by a local NGO, that sells eco-friendly handcrafted garments, ornaments and bags. The tour terminates here. Guide will help you arranging the taxi or tuk tuk to the place you wish to go with happy memories.
