The instructor will come to your hotel lobby in Orchha to teach about the basics of yoga and proceed with a session of Pranayama, a breathing exercise believed to cleanse the body from inside. Yoga is an ancient science, which leads to a healthy body, peaceful mind and librated soul.
Yoga does not require any rigorous exercise. An individual is supposed to relax and concentrate.
