1Lake of the Restored Sword (Hoan Kiem Lake)
The first stop on our Hanoi By Night Jeep Food Tours is at a small cafe that Hanoians claim is the greatest place in town for Banh Cuon (steamed rolled cake). As we receive a front-row seat to the culinary process, the professional chef will show how the components are combined. Our journey continues through the alleyways of the Old Quarter, bathed in the glow of bright lanterns and ornamental lights, as we ride along the bank of the Red River, taking in the vistas of Hanoi at night.

The second part of our Hanoi By Night Jeep Food Tours takes us to one of Hanoi’s most well-known family-run restaurants, where you will be able to sample Bun Cha ( grilled pork with vermicelli noodle). You’ll be taken on a journey to West Lake to soak in the nighttime landscape. A great place to witness the contrast between old and new Hanoi, with centuries-old picturesque areas on one side and modern skylines on the other. Before arriving in Ngu Xa village, sample freshly grilled fish and a variety of Hanoian versions of Pho, banana salads, and other classic Vietnamese delicacies.

The third step of our Hanoi By Night Jeep Food Tours takes you through the Ho Chi Minh monument, where guards perform their nightly rites. Nothing portrays the Vietnamese veneration and holiness for Ho Chi Minh more than these nightly rites. Following that, we’ll walk through Hanoi’s densely packed streets to the Train Street, where folks cook, relax, and sell their crafts. It’s a busy lane full of folks going about their evening routines, right adjacent to active railway tracks!

4Long Bien Bridge
The last part of our Hanoi By Night Jeep Food Tours concludes with a visit at a popular café to sample the famed Vietnamese egg coffee and a top secret dessert that you will only learn about if you come with us! Alternatively, we might eat a delicious Mango and Caramel Pudding dessert in a famous local hangout.
