- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- For security reasons sacks, bags or knapsacks are not allowed inside the Basilica and Doge's Palace.

- The guided tour includes St. Mark’s Basilica from 14:45 to 15:45, Doge’s Palace from 15:45 to 17:00, and ends with a gondola ride from 17:15 to 17:45.
- Please note that customers suffering from claustrophobia, vertigo or cardio-respiratory disorders, pregnant women and Children under 6 are not allowed on this tour.
- Unfortunately, wheelchairs and strollers cannot be accommodated on this tour. All customers must be able to autonomously walk, climb and get off the steps.
