Meeting and pickup
Our driver or receptionist will be waiting at the arrivals gate (outside area) with a sign bearing your name. He will then drive you to your vehicle and take you to the selected hotel. You will need to inform us of the hotel at the time of booking

Cancellations made with 48 hours notice or more are subject to a full refund.
No refunds are given for missed flights, buses, trains, etc.
A waiting time of 1 hour is provided. if you are delayed by more than an hour, customer service will contact you by phone. Drivers check the arrival time and re-adjust pick-up in case of delay.
