Our guide and driver will contact you one day before your tour via WhatsApp or your preferred messaging app to confirm your pickup time and location. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
If you are staying outside the Siem Reap city center, at a private residence, or at an Airbnb, please provide your exact address or location in advance so we can arrange the most convenient pickup. If your accommodation is in a pedestrian-only area, we will provide the nearest accessible pickup point.
