Take a tipsy journey through the spirit trails and exclusive entry through barricades as we retrace the immigrant progress toward the American Dream during Prohibition. At the start of the evening, we will visit two of New York's most unique bars and speakeasies while drinking beer/wine at the first and a specialty cocktail at the second. All the while, we will explore the catalysts behind Prohibition. Our storytelling will focus on the women of the Gilded Age and the movement that gave rise to an oil king. To round off our journey together we will guide you into one of New York's last-standing 1920s speakeasies and tell the tale of the period’s most notorious gangsters, infamous bootleggers and discuss the sudden demise of Prohibition. Here you will have an open bar until Midnight with an exclusive view of the ball drop from 12 blocks away (where we end is an exclusive section that the general public is not allowed into).
