3Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial
The dramatic and beautiful open-space memorial to the iconic 20th Century American civil rights leader is the second part of this stop. 4Korean War Veterans Memorial

7Vietnam Veterans Memorial
The famous Maya Lin-designed "Wall" is the final stop on the morning tour. It's dramatic design and poignant treatment of the complex subject of America's war in Vietnam, including the 58,479 names carved on it make this stop especially interesting and moving.
