When your flight lands in Bangkok, you will be greeted by our guide and the driver and be escorted to the hotel in a comfortable exclusive car. On the way, you can enjoy the enchanting cityscape of Bangkok. Our guide will also share why Thailand is ideal for honeymoon tours or couples from its mesmerizing cultures, delicious food, vibrant and friendly local people, and enchanting romances to dazzling white beaches.

Day 2
Bangkok: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Grand Palace, and Wat Arun

After breakfast, our guide will lead you to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in the western suburbs of Bangkok. The river is alive with the boats laden with tropical fruits and local specialties.

Next, we’ll head back downtown to visit Bangkok’s most splendid royal complex, the Grand Palace. Walk through the grand labyrinthine complex with golden roofs and admire its iconic halls and temples, among which you can’t miss Wat Phra Kaew, north of the Grand Palace, famous for its precious emerald Buddha statue.

Finally, you will board a traditional long-tail boat and cruise along the Chao Phraya River to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Within 1 hour, you’ll encounter the iconic Rama VIII Bridge and the Big Buddha statue of Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen. And then go ashore to visit this historic temple built in memory of the Thai national hero Taksin, the 41st king of Thailand, and its five remarkable stupas. Today’s guided sightseeing will end here and you will be transferred to the hotel.

Day 3
Drive to Ayutthaya, Visit Wat Mahathat, Chao Phraya River Cruise back to Bangkok

After breakfast, we will drive to Ayutthaya, Thailand’s ancient capital and a World Heritage site. Our first stop is Wat Mahathat, a sacred site once home to 209 pagodas and 10 monasteries.

After that, the guide will lead you to another famous temple, the Wat Phra Si Sanphet, as well as the Muslim Quarter. Then, we will visit Viharn Phra Mongkol Bophit to appreciate its giant bronze Buddha statue - Phra Mongkol Bophit, and Wat Lokayasutharam which features the largest reclining Buddha statue on the island of Ayutthaya.

Following the spiritual exploration, you’ll be transferred to the Wat Chong Lom pier, boarding the luxurious Grand Pearl cruise (join-in) back to Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River. The spacious three-story cabin design promises an unobstructed view of Bangkok’s iconic landmarks, like the Royal Barges National Museum and Grand Palace. After arriving at the pier in Bangkok, our guide and the driver will escort you to the hotel.

Day 4
Fly from Bangkok to Chiang Rai: Wat Phra Kaew & Wat Phra Singh

This morning, our guide and the driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the airport for a 1.5-hour flight to Chiang Rai. Upon arrival, our local guide and a driver will be waiting for you at the airport to escort you to a comfortable hotel in downtown Chiang Rai.

In the afternoon, the guide will lead you to Chiang Rai’s Wat Phra Kaew, where the revered Emerald Buddha was originally discovered, before relocating to Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok. You can admire a replica of the Emerald Buddha, which was delicately carved from a piece of exquisite Canadian green jade in 1991 to commemorate the Queen Mother’s 90th birthday.

Our last stop today is Wat Phra Singh, which has many beautiful murals about the ancient local costumes and customs. Our guide, who is well versed in Thailand folk culture, will tell you stories about the local traditions. Then you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 5
Chiang Rai: Mae Sai Border, Golden Triangle and Mekong River Cruise

Today, after driving through the rugged mountain roads of northern Thailand for 1 hour, we will arrive at the famous Golden Triangle at the junction of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. ★ Mekong River Cruise: Journey through Thailand, Laos and Myanmar: Then the guide will invite you to have a boat trip along the Mekong River. Within 30 minutes, you’ll have a quick view of the stunning scenery of Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos.

Then extend our visit to the Hall of Opium Museum. Then we will head to the Akha and Yao Tribal Villages, where the rich indigenous culture unfolds through stunning embroideries on traditional costumes, intricate silver jewelry, and rustic bamboo houses. Finishing the sightseeing, we will return to the hotel in Chiang Rai.

Day 6
Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai: White Temple, Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chedi Luang

In the morning, we will drive for about 3.5 hours to Chiang Mai, another famous city in northern Thailand beside Chiang Rai. On the way, we’ll stop to visit Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple. Unlike many of Thailand’s temples steeped in history, Wat Rong Khun features modern aesthetic and meticulous carvings. Our guide, who is very good at finding the perfect spot for shooting this temple, can help you take a perfect couple photo.

Next, we will continue our drive to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, have lunch and take a short break, and then we’ll explore the old city of Chiang Mai, where ancient city walls and temples stand as a witness of history.

In the afternoon, the guide will lead you to visit Wat Phra Singh, different from that in Chiang Rai. Step inside the ordination hall, and you’ll be astonished by a row of hyper-realistic wax statues of monks, each facial wrinkle and age spot recreated to perfection. You might even think that they are real monks deep in meditation.

Chiang Mai: Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep; Drive to Pai

We’ll start today’s sightseeing from Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. Follow our guide to ascend 306 steps leading to the temple perched high atop the mountain, while a convenient one-way cable car ride (included in the price) is also available.

Then we’ll visit the Bai Orchid-Butterfly Farm, attracting you with the fragrance of lovely orchids hanging in four rows. Wandering further, you’ll enter the butterfly garden where those delicate creatures may rest on your shoulders or hands!

After that, we’ll drive for about 2 hours, with 762 curves and twists, to the beautiful and quiet town, Pai, which will be a surprise for your honeymoon. If you’re prone to motion sickness, take some pills before departing.

Upon arrival, we will make a short stop at the Pai Memorial Bridge (WW2). This rustic wooden bridge was built by the Japanese during WWII. Be careful when you’re wandering as some boards may be a bit loose. Finally, the guide will lead you to check in at the hotel.

Day 9
Pai to Mae Hong Son: Bamboo Raft through Tham Lod Cave, Wat Phra That Doi Kong Mu

After breakfast, we will depart from Pai to Mae Hong Son, home to diverse hill tribes. After an hour’s drive, we will arrive at the Tham Lod Cave, our first stop. Stalactites and stalagmites rising to 20 meters (66 ft.) invite you to explore such awesome natural masterpieces. Without an electric lighting system, this mysterious experience will be enhanced by the kerosene lamp held by our guide. Don’t forget to use the flashlight of your phone to illuminate those peculiar rock formations. Are you ready to step into a prehistoric adventure? A bamboo raft will take you to the third cave, which offers a more thrilling atmosphere with countless bats flying above and black catfish gliding beside.

Then, a 2-hour drive up the mountain will take us to the next destination, the Wat Phra That Doi Kong Mu. This temple blends the Myanmar and Northern Thai architectural styles, characterized by two enchanting white pagodas. A panoramic view of Mae Hong Son can also be seen here, with the majestic mountains of Myanmar in the distance. Finishing the visit, the guide and the driver will escort you to the local hotel we have booked for you.

Day 10
Visit Long Neck Karen Village in Mae Hong Son, Transfer to Chiang Mai

Today, our guide will lead you to witness the real Thai life in the mountainous Mae Hong Son. Your exploration will start from the Mae Hong Son Food Market, a lively hub where locals gather for their breakfasts. You can even get 5 fluffy donuts for only THB 10 there. Fly from Chiang Mai to Krabi

Check out of the hotel in the morning and our driver will escort you to the Chiang Mai Airport for your 2-hour flight to Krabi. Upon arrival, you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to the hotel. For the rest of the day, you’re free to explore at your leisurely pace. Note: In case there is no direct flight from Chiang Mai to Krabi, we will arrange the flight with a transfer via Don Muang or Bangkok instead.
