    Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Zagora

    Ait Ben Haddou

    After breakfast, drive to Zagora. During the journey, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains, and drive through Tizi n' Tichka pass. Observe the picturesque scenery along the way, we will stop to visit some Berber villages, which offer a good chance to learn about the traditional Berbers' culture and how the locals used to live in the past. Later, have a short break at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will visit this site when coming back here.

    Zagora

    Afterwards, continue to Zagora, where camel trek is specially arranged for you. Then, the guided camel trekking will lead you to Zagora desert camp. On the way, enjoy the endless sand dunes and stunning desert sunset. At the end of the day, we will enjoy some Berber music and stay overnight in the Zagora desert camp.

    Zagora - Merzouga

    Early up in the morning, we will transfer to the Erg Chebbi, the popular sand dunes in Merzouga. Along the way, we will pass through the Draa Valley, bottom of which is home to palm trees, while the surrounding area is brown or red barren land.

    Rissani

    After passing Alnif, make a short stopover at the Rissani city, which boasts vast historic relics. Sijilmassa, the most famous historic site, was once a bustling Berber city and medieval trade depot at the edge of the Sahara Desert. If time permits, the Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum is also worth a visit for its exquisite interior.

    Afterwards, we will drive across the Erg Chebbi to Merzouga sand dunes. At this time, it's arranged for you to take a camel to continue your Sahara Desert tour. Along the way, enjoy the spectacular desert sunset. Finally, reach the middle of the Sahara desert and stay overnight in a Berber tent.

    Merzouga - Erfoud – Todra Gorges - Dades Gorge
