Travel in this mini group tour to admire Beijing's four highlights accompanied by a professional tour guide. Start your morning with a visit to the Temple of Heaven, where you can see the splendid architectures and local people's morning exercise. A rickshaw ride through Hutong Alleys are followed to trace the life of old Beijing people. Then visit a beautiful old temple in the center of Beijing - Lama Temple. At last, explore the Summer Palace, where one can enjoy natural beauty and the grandeur of ancient royal garden.

After entering the Temple of Heaven, the sacred site for emperors to worship the God of Heaven for good harvest in ancient times, take your time to admire architecture design of iconic buildings. Attention: If your travel date happens to meet Monday when the main sights of the Temple of Heaven are closed, we’ll arrange Beihai Park instead.

3Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest
Visit this large circular structure with a roof covered in three layers of blue glazed tiles for the emperors to hold sacrificial ceremonies.

4Hutong Tour
Continue your tour to Beijing Hutong area, where you can take a rickshaw through the old alleys and glimpse into the traditional courtyards to see how the old Beijingers live. Here, you can also enjoy lunch at your expense at one of popular local restaurants or cafes around Houhai Lake.

5Lama Temple (Yonghegong)
Next, visit the beautiful old Lama Temple, which is known as the largest and most perfectly preserved lamasery in present day China.

6Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)
Finally, your guide will show you around the Summer Palace, known as the ‘museum of ancient royal gardens’. Centered upon Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, it is a fantastic imperial resort for you to admire the peaceful landscapes and magnificent architectures. After that, you’ll be escorted back to your hotel.
