Xian lies in the middle of Shaanxi province, which borders the desert to its north and Qinling Mountains to its south. Its location at the end of the silk road makes this place special, both in food and in culture. Xian was also the first capital city of China! Many people only come for one thing: the Terracotta Warriors; but there is so much more to see and experience in this city.

You are welcome to arrive at any time. We suggest an earlier arrival to give you some free time in the city to visit the City Wall and get a feel of the city before we embark.
At 6PM, tuktuks will pick you up at your hotel for a food tour of Xi'an's culinary highlights including Biang Biang noodles, Xi'an-style dumplings and skewers, and a stellar selection of local dishes. Come hungry for your introductory world-class course to Xi'an cuisine, and a few toasts with your fellow travelers.
After an 8am departure, there's no better way to start your day than by visiting the Terracota Warriors, which put Xi'an on the map!
After lunch, you'll have time to explore the Wild Goose Pagoda and the surrounding filled with cafes and bars, and local snacks.
