You may arrange your own transortation to the Playa del Carmen area and we can pick you up there or meet you at the ferry pier. WE DO NOT DO PICK UPS IN THE CANCUN AREA (PLEASE READ OUR RANGE OF PICK UPS IN THE PLAYA DEL CARMEN - AKUMAL AREA) IF YOU BOOK A TOUR AND YOU ARE STAYING OUTSIDE OF OUR PICK UP RANGE YOU WILL HAVE TO MEET US IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN AT A CENTRAL LOCATION TO PICK YOU UP. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR RANGE OF OPERATION AND YOU DECIDE NOT TO MEET US AT OUR MEETING POINT IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN.
